The staff is friendly, but the rooms are very worn out and the beds are very dirty. The bathroom and toilet are very worn out and the shower is broken. And if you are sensitive to noise at night, I do not recommend it at all because the hotel's location makes it very noisy at night.
This hotel would barely be a 3 star hotel! Starting from hygiene: the floor has stains everywhere! The bedding are always on the floor in the hallway before the put it on your bed. The shower tiles were dirty and old . The shower drain was completely blocked so you have to stand in a pool of water while showering, the shower head was broken and the hair dryer didn’t have a concentrator and was overheating ! The breakfast was the worse thing I’ve ever eaten, the cut vegetables were from days before and dried and disgusting! Breads were all dry and stale. And the coffee OMG it’s basically the 2 in one Nescafé mix coming out of a machine! If the hotel was a 3 star or less these things could be acceptable but for a 4 star hotel this was terrible!
Booked this hotel and then went there 2 days before to see the location. Staff was so rude and not family-friendly at all. Stay away from this hotel. I cancelled my booking at the spot.
