The apartment was ok, the space was acceptable and the kitchen has the basics. The person of the reception was very kind. The cons was that there was not elevator if you have to carry your luggage to the fourth floor and the way to the supermarket included a lot of stairs to climb down and to climb up but it was very close to Taksim square and it was quite at night.
We stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks and had a really good time. We had our 10 months baby, and having a small kitchen was very helpful, we could cook for our baby without any problem. The sofa bed was very noisy and was very uncomfortable to sleep on. That really needs to change. Also, there is no elevator, but we had a place to keep the baby cart and car seat. There were some issues with drainage, but that would be an easy fix. So there is maintenance required. The cleaning lady and evening hotel staff were very helpful 👌 Thanks for arranging our taxis 😊 . Overall, it was a very good experience, and we would definitely stay again here.
Not a worthy apart-hotel. Friendly staff and somewhat helpful thought but don't keep their promises. Dirty location. Not soundproof rooms. Old and worn out bathroom. The shower doesn't work properly, bad odour coming from the bathroom. The bathroom is all worn out and looks dirty. The guests next door were very loud and noisy Spanish people.. They were shouting and making a lot of noise in the middle of the night sometimes until 3 am and sometimes even until 6 am. Listening to loud music in the middle of the night. We Complained to the manager to talk to them, he never did. Therefore I slept really bad every night. Spanish people are the worst neighbours I have encountered.
