We stayed in a room with four beds, and the entire hotel was nice and clean. The service was also great for my family. One thing that is worth mentioning is the location, and the hotel is in a perfect place. There were drugstores, convenience stores, train station, and small restaurants nearby, like a 3-5 minute walk, and the famous Dotonbori place is only 20 minutes away. This is one of the best hotels if you plan to visit Osaka. That being said, there are less than 40 rooms in total and it may be pricey during the traveling season.Thus, I recommend to book your room like a month ahead of time.
Great location because you next to one of the main streets of the city if you walk to the right when you come out of the hotel. The room was nice with good beds and pillows, the service was nice and they spoke good english. Overall a great place to stay for not to much money!
Came early but gave us a bad room not good. No good view. Ask for a change in rooms they say it's "fully booked"
