Very spacious resort, well kept surroundings, comfortable houses with spa on the rooftop and great pool just outside the doorstep. Very close to the beach and several cafe's and restaurants. Highly recommend this resort!
Lovely staff, great rooms, fantastic second floor patio, nice pool, good breakfast, great location within walking distance of the beach and some good restaurants. It’s an interesting area going through some development with new fancy places going up around agriculture and grazing land. For a visitor you can get a great blend of local and first world, feel off the grid, but come back to Talay Tara and feel like you’re in a really nice special spot.
It's a little off the beach (approximately 400 meters to walk to the beach) but the three bedroom villa we rented was great. The jacuzzi on the rooftop was especially nice. I wish we had brought some stuff to BBQ as there is a small BBQ on the roof also. Transportation via motorbike or trike is available for rent to get around the beach and town.
