Talbot Hotel Stillorgan

I was on a business trip, so I only spent 2 days there, but I can assure you that’s a very good hotel. Rooms are big and beautiful. The bed is extremely comfortable and the bathroom is very spacious. Everything was neat and tidy when I got there. The location is the only con of it. There isn’t anything around it, since it’s a residential neighborhood and it is very car-centric one. You can take the bus back to Dublin’s city centre and that should take you 30 minutes to get there, though. The only close to it is an overpriced Circle K. So if you aren’t driving and forgot to buy anything in the city centre, you’re pretty much screwed. That isn’t the hotel’s fault, though. And my experience there was 10/10. No complaints.

Stayed solo while a family member was in Blackrock Clinic and the staff were amazing. Room absolutely spotless and very quiet and comfortable. Breakfast and bar food delicious. Easy access to city centre from bus stop opposite and short drive to Blackrock, Stillorgan village, Dunlaoghaire and Dundrum Shopping Centre. Definitely recommend.

Very happy with our stay. Availed of their summer discount offer which meant our 2 night stay was very good value. Room was nice and very clean. Bar food was good and acceptably priced. Staff were excellent I have to say. Would I stay again? Absolutely.
