Talisman Hotel

We rested from 06/2/24 to 06/13/24 with my husband and daughter on a vacation package from work. I want to say a huge thank you for your work, for your work!!!!! The room is spacious, clean, snow-white linen and towels. Room cleaning every day! Hygiene products every day! Special thanks to the chef, incredibly tasty, huge portions, for 11 days the dishes were not repeated for dinner! Breakfast buffet, for every taste!!!! The girls at the reception are smart, always smiling!!! There is an ATM on the 1st floor, which is very convenient. There is a Pyaterochka store in the yard, a stop nearby, a little far from the sea itself, but you can drive through and choose which beach you like. Our choice was Red Beach. There is a transfer, the time is tailored to the people, the driver is very cool!!! In general, I definitely recommend the Talisman Hotel🥰

Думали стоит брать путевку на нг праздники или нет, т.к. не были на российском юге. После отеля и экскурсий могу с уверенностью сказать, что этот отпуск лучшее, что происходило с нами. Отель: номера норм, еда вкуснейшая, персонал топ, один только новогодний ужин чего стоил (программа и стол валился от вкусных блюд и алкоголя). Не знаю кто придумал, но тысячи благодарностей за такую заботу как ранний завтрак и поздний ужин (люди оставались после 22:00, чтобы покормить нас) после экскурсии и сухой паёк. Экскурсии: гиды много знают и рассказывают очень интересно. Сами места: дельфинарий, дендрарий, океанариум, горы, Абхазия (именно пещеры) вызывают щенячий восторг. Из минусов, возможно это плата за такие эмоции, это очереди на подъёмник (2 очереди по 50 минут), но увиденное того стоило. И Абхазия, вот тут нам не повезло с погодой и в целом после Сочи, кругом разруха и бардак, весь день был ливень, но какие пещеры там... Такие масштабы, подземные воды, горные породы, выглядит завораживающе. Благодарю персонал отеля, организаторов экскурсий за столь чудесное время.

in general we rested here for 2 weeks, during this time there is something to say, let's start with the fact that the big minus is that there is no swimming pool, also on the site it says that there is a transfer from the station and back, as in fact it is not, the pillows are terrible, it seems to me it's time to put them in the trash and not give them to people, it is all in lumps, my neck is killed after the rest, the air conditioner in the room smells of mold after each turn on, there are no screens on the windows, so there were two neighbors with us, big spiders, and one more climbed into the room, the food here is 4/5 the portions are large but not very tasty as for me, also there is not enough at least one flight to the beach in the evening, and well, the biggest minus is the Internet, you can say it is not here, the speed is 1.5 megabits, they explained this by the fact that we are in the lowland of the river and here it does not work well, but mobile Internet is much better than Wi-Fi, while this does not depend on the area, install fiber optics and the problem is solved, there are no complaints about the staff themselves, everything polite, and by the way there is no territory, not a single bench, you go out and there is a highway right away, but I will never set foot here again
