It was exactly as ordered. Early check-in was luckily possible and the front desk was helpful and kind. Late checkout was also luckily possible, which i am thankful for. Room was tidy, bed was comfortable and the location couldn't be better, everything is close and there's a multitude of services right nearby.
Located in the heart of the city, this hotel offers exceptional convenience, with Viru Keskus and Solaris malls just a short walk away, providing ample dining and shopping opportunities. The ambiance is inviting and well-suited for a comfortable stay. In terms of location, this property stands out, earning a solid 4.5 rating compared to other hotels visited. While the room service could be enhanced—particularly with more frequent cleaning, as it is currently scheduled for the third night—the overall experience remains positive. The dining options are commendable, offering quality meals, and the bar excels with a diverse and well-curated selection of beverages. There is an indoor fitness track as well. For travelers seeking accessibility and a vibrant atmosphere, this hotel presents a compelling choice. Improvements in housekeeping services would further elevate the guest experience.
I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel that made me feel completely unsafe. I was staying here for two nights on a business trip. After a long workday, I went to the spa to relax. It was around 8.30 pm and I was alone, the reception had confirmed that the spa was open until 10.00 pm. At 9.45 pm a man suddenly entered the spa completely naked. He claimed he had a “private session” booked. I was shocked and felt incredibly unsafe, especially as I was alone in the spa area, which is located underground with no staff present. I immediately left and ran to the reception in my robe, didn’t even have a time to change. The receptionist simply apologized and offered me a 50% discount for specific drinks, which cost around 7 euro. No real apology, no responsibility taken and no immediate concern for my safety. When I returned 20 minutes later, the receptionist told me security confirmed a private booking at the spa, something she never mentioned, when giving me the spa access card earlier. I told her I would file a complaint due to how traumatic this was and all she said was: “okay.” This is not how any hotel should handle guest safety or serious complaints. I will absolutely never return here. I strongly advise other travelers, especially women traveling alone, to think twice before booking this hotel. What kind of “private sessions” are being scheduled in your spa while guests are still allowed in? This is completely unacceptable.
