The hotel itself was good, and the restaurant was very nice with friendly service. However, our group of 40 people faced some difficulties upon arrival. It was raining heavily, and we couldn’t get off the bus right away. Once we managed to get down, we found that there was no parking in front of the hotel, so we had to carry all our luggage in the rain. We noticed there was a staff entrance nearby and kindly requested the reception to allow us to use it—especially since we had small children with us—but they refused and only offered an umbrella. This part of the experience was quite disappointing for me and my group. Apart from that, the stay itself was pleasant.
On 24/07/2025, when i left the hotel the first time with the group i was with, I forgot two shirts back to my room. After i left the hotel I telephoned the reception and informed them that i forgot my shirts in order for them to collect them and send them to me. The fourth day that I returned to the same hotel to stay with the group, no answer was given about my shirts and i was informed that no shirts existed in the room I was staying the first time. Eventually after insisting on my side, we went to the room and found them. It is disappointing that the reception did not really care about my belongings. No phone call no nothing since my first time. My initial room was 322.
The hotel is in a good location. However, the quality did not match the price. The breakfast selection was poor and exactly the same every day. The parking fee was astronomical – €22 per day. Also, both breakfast and the jacuzzi are only available until 11 a.m. for everyone. No bathrobes provided. Not a great experience.
