Tallinn Viimsi SPA

Did not stay in the hotel but only visited the spa. The spa is really good, the adults only part is really beautiful and aesthetically appealing, has nice sauna rituals and specialty saunas. The other park has some really nice saunas (such as tropical sauna). Visually one of tne nicest spas I have visited, really good saunas. The pools were nice too, so overall a really good place for bathing.

Very goog service. We were allowed to check in a bit early - thank you for this! It really helped with the younger ones. The front desk was really helpful as they called to inform when the room was available - thank you! The H2O spa was a hit with the kids. Multitude of saunas at the regular spa. Could definetly come back.

It is my second time visiting this hotel+aquapark. Instead of improving, most of the stuff went worse. 1- There are no water kettles in the room, if you want to have some tea or coffee, you should pay 3 Euros to the machine. Which is extremely expensive in my opinion. 2- There are no slippers in the room (not even the paper ones). They sell the slippers with extra cost at reception :D or you could go to dressing room with your outside shoes :D 3- In the water park the lifeguards are just on the first floor. I have seen a lot of small boys sliding from the water pipes without the donut kind of tubes etc. No one controls how you are sliding :D In Jurmala there was at least some staff upstairs as well to show you who should sit in front etc etc. 4- Some saunas were really cold, the tropic sauna was written 50 degrees but it was warmer than some other sauna (like the one with salt rocks?) which should be 70 degrees. In my opinion, the best thing was the breakfast. I really enjoyed the sõrnikud with Nutella! other breakfast options were quite good as well. I would love to come there again but they should improve many things to be honest. Much behind compared to Jurmala.
