Om and Nirmala have been absolutely wonderful throughout our stay. Their dedication, hard work, and consistently positive attitude made such a difference. They always kept everything spotless and well organized, and were genuinely kind and respectful every single day. It’s rare to find people who care this much about their work and the comfort of others. Thank you both for your outstanding service....you truly set the standard for hospitality

As a person who’s worked in hotels for a long time, I have never met such a rude member of staff. When arriving to go collect our stuff left in one of the apartments, he informed us that we were not allowed up. When asking why he told us to just leave and that these are the rules, even to go so far as threading to have security escort us out. No explanation was given as to why and no courtesy was given, or as to why he was behaving this way. He proceeded to be aggressive and even went as far as to throw profanities towards us in Arabic, which I believe he didn’t thing we would understand. The place seems okay but the Arabic gentlemen who sits at the far desk with the green jacket needs some training on how to communicate effectively. Have never met such an aggressive hotel staff member.
