Tamara Otel

We got a room in the very last moment, in the evening, in a strange life situation. The Tamara Business Otel saved us! They were kind, friendly, professional, polite, and spoke good English. Our room was very spacious and clean. Maybe not the most modern but everything was working and we really liked the vibe. There was plenty of hot water, fast wifi, kettle in the room and many towels. The breakfast buffet was huge, varied, very tasty, the staff polite and smiling. We stayed here for 2 nights and I would go back again.

Absolutely the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Everything was awful. Bad internet, terrible breakfast, horrible atmosphere. The only decent thing was a few staff members, but even that couldn’t save this place. Some of the cleaning staff were rude and useless. I found out my room was supposed to be one of the ‘best’—what a joke. Other rooms had cockroaches or water leaking from the ceiling. We suffered through 3 miserable days here. Trust me, you'd be better off sleeping on the street—it's cleaner and way more comfortable.

Absolutely disgusting that this hotel advertises itself as 4 stars. The rooms are smelly and disgusting, the walls are dirty, the bathrooms are dirty. In our first room, the shower did not work, so we were about to leave and go to another place, but they told us that since we are in the system we need to pay for the room. (scammy) The other room was better in terms that the shower worked, but after one use of the toilet, we could not flush it anymore, thus when we had to go to the bathroom, we had to use the disgusting toilet in the hall. As some people mentioned you can not sleep because of the really loud music, it kept us up until 03:45 AM. DO NOT RECOMMEND! It was the worst part of our journey in the east, and we have visited much poorer cities. I have attached the proof that the rooms are in horrible conditions.
