Tamarind Hotel Da Nang

Tamarind – A truly luxurious getaway! I recently had a wonderful stay at Tamarind in Da Nang. This hotel truly impressed me with its sleek, modern design and extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean rooms. All amenities were high-end and fully equipped. What pleased me most was the professional and dedicated service from the staff. They were always friendly, quickly assisted with every request, and made me feel thoroughly taken care of. The diverse facilities, from the swimming pool to the rich breakfast buffet, were all top-notch. The location was also very convenient for exploring the city. Tamarind is the perfect choice for a memorable vacation in Da Nang. I'll definitely be back and will recommend it to friends!

Why we stay at Tamarind 2 months every year 1.Great location; easy walk to beach and all My Anh restaurants 2. Comfy apartment with large bed, nice linens/towels, 2 TV’s with Netflix access, big fridge and mini kitchen, comfy couch and 4 seat dining table & beach views from our window 3. Shaded roof top pool with great views of beach and city fireworks 4. Friendly and helpful staff… always go the extra mile for us 5. breakfast with fresh cooked egg dishes, toast & jams, fruits, cold meats & salad and several Asian dishes…. Nice bright and spacious area to eat Try their ‘salted’ drinks …. Delicious We haven’t found better in Da nang for the price Highly recommend From 2 Aussies

My recent stay at Tamarind Hotel was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had globally. The customer service is shockingly poor—after 6 PM, there’s no one available at reception or for room service, which is simply unacceptable for any hotel. My wife and I were feeling unwell and requested basic amenities like salt and drinking water, only to be told to “sort it out yourself.” The complete lack of empathy and support from the staff was appalling. To add to our discomfort, the bathroom had water clogging issues, and it took over 6 hours for someone to address the problem. The pillows were uncomfortable, and the air conditioning is locked at 22°C—no option to lower the temperature for personal comfort. The only redeeming quality is the hotel’s location, but even that doesn't justify the subpar experience. Overall, I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. It’s not worth your money or peace of mind.
