Tan Son Nhat Saigon Hotel

From top to bottom, I am so impressed with this hotel. It's got a wonderful history, great location and the most impressive plumeria I've ever seen in Vietnam! The room was comfortable, had everything I needed, staff impeccable and the restaurant quite decent.

I stayed in the old hotel which is three stars. It has seen better days. Breakfast was served in the five start part of the hotel (both hotels are in the same compound) and it was very good. The restaurant (BBQ) was also very good and reasonably priced.

It is definitely not a 5 star hotel. Not at all inclusive breakfast for vegetarians. Like only sweet potatoes on offer. The staff is not friendly like they should be in a 5 star. The spa is overpriced. Food is not good. Rooms are the only saving grace, but even they are not the best. The bathroom is inaccessible as they have shower and tub in same place and whenever you want to take a shower, you end up spilling water everywhere.
