Our apartment was clean (Toilets, bedrooms, salon and kitchen are all clean. The fridge we had was new and practically unused). But they didn't have any children play area, or a gym, or a swimming pool and the like. Parking is a bit hard to drive through if car was big.
Good place to stay in Al Khobar ( Eastern province - KSA) with reasonable price, big rooms, A/C, good bathroom, LED screen, small kitchen, free Wi-Fi. Parking available, Al Rashed Mall cross the street. Good for business trip stay and for families.
3/5 because I was asked to show my wife’s ID which goes against the KSU norms. Apartment was decent for the prize. (June 2023)
