Extremely delighted with the 24-hour front desk concierge service from the moment I arrived at 4 AM until I left on the last day at 10 PM. There were some delivery hiccups that the front desk were very helpful in resolving for me. I like how thoughtful all the staff are from the front desk to the housekeeping and the food service during breakfast times. Not one but all of them were very attentive and detailed (小马,小杨，张瑞? and 王建荣are the names given but there were another 10 of them who were just as exceptional). I quite like the local breakfast variety that comes with fruit and salad selection. Each floor has a complimentary 500ml water bottles fridge (room temperature) that you needn’t have to buy from outside. Housekeeping even offered steam eyemasks for tired eyes! The fact that they also offer airport and train pickup/drop off services definitely are an added plus on top of the tour offerings. You just need to inform and pay the 30 yuan amount for foreign travelers per trip. They have a set time for pickups and drop offs at this rate. Outside of the set time, you can expect to pay more. The location is convenient despite not having a driveway but plenty of bicycles to rent and tourist attractions are at a walking distance. Definitely a 12/10 and will make a return when I visit 西安 next time.

Thanks to Eastern house hotel. We have a good sleep,ngood breakfast. Amenities was perfect. Infinity of water bottle. A bit far from public transportation but not noisy. 30 yuan/person for airport shuttle bus but please have enough time cuz the bus will pick up another customer around the city before direct to airport. I would recommend to find dinner or beer lover at the Xian wall side; there are many nice restaurant there and more over around there it's clean if compare to Drum&bell tower side.

The English name for this place is Eastern House hotel. Great place to stay in Xi’an. Rooms are cozy, bed are comfy. The location is off the Main Street…very local area. Reception team are of high standards despite language could be a barrier. There’s always google translate. The staff (the “aunties”) at breakfast are all pretty enthusiastic and focused on their work. The most appreciated staff for us is the Tour Manager - Ms Wang. Very consultative. She organised our day excursions to Huashan and Terracotta Museum. The prices are very acceptable in comparison with those found in Trip.com. For us the most advantageous point is the safety net where…should there be issues, she was there to help us throughout, which she did. Again, the barrier is language. However, translation tool solved our problem.
