Tango Arjaan by Rotana Istanbul

This hotel is amazing. I was introduced to this hotel as I am having some treatment with Denthub. I was greeted by Ali, his customer service is amazing, very friendly to talk to and always willing to carry your case or any shopping you have done at a local shop Ali is truly a great asset to this hotel. The hotel is immaculate and you can get your room cleaned daily, or if you don't feel up to it, you can put on your "do not disturb" switch. Your room has a kettle, cooker, fridge and iron as well as those little things you don't think about, such as a shower cap, sewing kit, ear buds and nail file. The food is amazing and reasonably priced, and you have an outdoor pool and bar as well as an indoor pool and other activities. You won't regret visiting this hotel at all. Thanks to Ali for his outstanding customer service also.

Ali was very kind and helpful! I do wish the mini fridge worked better. It wasn’t cold enough to store yogurt in. Room service was good, I did have to call and remind them a couple times to bring the items I requested (unsure if the delay was due to a language barrier or if they were genuinely just busy). One of the days I stayed the fire alarm went off and we were told via speakers to all evacuate immediately which caused a lot of panic because the elevators weren’t working so we had to take the stairs. When I arrived in the lobby staff said it was a false alarm but they didn’t announce this overhead but yet instead waited HOURS later to call our rooms individually to announce it was a false alarm. I definitely feel the communication could have been handled differently and better. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Okan was very helpful at the front desk. The Hotel is in great location with amazing amenities. The twin room was spacious and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. This was our second stay at Arajan and we would definitely come again.
