Tanoa International Hotel

This hotel is a little gem. Enjoyed our one night stay. Fantastic location, exceptional rooms amazing staff and the Duty Manager (Queen) Ilisapeci is next level. Her client service is of international standard and beyond comprehension. We were gob smacked in a real good way. Definitely staying for longer stays from now on and as for Queen what an asset for this hotel.

Good location for early flight, as it is 5’ from the airport and the hotel offers free shuttle. Very friendly and nice staff. Apart from that, very outdated rooms. Room was freezing even after turning off the AC, no hot water coming from the shower and very noisy room. Maybe that side of the hotel is old. Breakfast was quite poor and when asked for a barista coffee, they told me I would get extra charged for it. Definitely not 4 star in many aspects. Price is too high for what you get.

This place is very expensive for what you get! It’s in a good location for the airport, but everything else is not very good about this place, rooms were old and run down air conditioning didn’t work very good, and when they stored my luggage while I waited for my room, somebody tried breaking into my backpack, I reported it and they said they would check the video, but never heard anything back, now I’m stuck having to buy a new backpack for $136 USD, because of the corruption that goes on here.
