Taormina Palace Hotel

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is a short walk to the main strip and it was nice to walk around and not worry about how to make it back to our hotel. The breakfast was mostly pastries, but there is a kitchen and you can order 1 item off the menu. We got the omelette. The room was clean with a large shower and a large window with a balcony. The weather didn’t permit but I would have loved to eat breakfast out there.

The hotel looks better on the pictures The rooms are ok. Many things should be renewed like the bathroom. After taking a shower (Suite 303) the water leaked all the way till the living room. We had to puts lots of towels to prevent it from becoming a pool. The staff was friendly and helfpul. The breakfast was ok. (Too many sweet options in comparison with salty offer) The Parking is not private, but is very near the hotel. You just have to be lucky to find a spot and i advise you to pay immediately otherwise you get a fine. To get to the center its really nearby. Only 5 minutes of walking a little hill by foot. The way back is easier. (Notice for old people or pregnant women)

Terrible service quality, disrespectful and lying employees!! I strongly recommend you to take a look at the customer comments that complain. You will see that the responses do not accept their mistakes, deficiencies, disrespectful approaches and always blame their visitors/customers. The feedback they give is definitely far from reality, they are scenes from the world of dreams. A fraudulent hotel, extremely closed to development and improvement, unable to receive feedback. A very bad smell, intense hygiene problems, employees with communication problems. We do not want your holiday to be ruined, stay away!
