Perfect Blend of Luxury and Nature! Tarangi Resort is an absolute paradise in the heart of Jim Corbett. Surrounded by lush greenery and located near the Kosi River, the resort offers a peaceful and luxurious getaway from the city rush. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with a rustic yet modern touch. The food at the restaurant is delicious with a good variety, and the staff is extremely courteous and helpful. The evening bonfire, live music, and the beautiful views of the river and jungle make the stay unforgettable. Highly recommended for nature lovers, families, and couples looking for a relaxing vacation!

I am writing this with utter disappointment after staying at your property, which has turned out to be one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I checked in, nothing met even basic standards of hospitality. The staff was completely unprofessional, lacking both courtesy and training. It felt like no one had a clue about guest service or even basic respect. The room was in an unacceptable condition — dirty, poorly maintained, and far from what was promised or shown online. Hygiene clearly isn’t a priority here. I also faced constant issues like [mention a few specific problems — e.g., no hot water, broken AC, stained linens, unclean bathrooms, etc.], and no one bothered to resolve them despite repeated requests. The overall attitude of the team seemed careless and dismissive, as if guest satisfaction didn’t matter at all. I’ve stayed in many hotels — budget to luxury — but this level of carelessness and disrespect is beyond disappointing. If you want to run a hotel, at least learn the basics of hospitality first. Right now, this place feels more like a disaster zone than a guest accommodation. Absolutely not recommended, and I’ll be making sure others know this before booking.
