I recently had the pleasure of staying at what I can confidently call the best hotel in Istanbul. From the moment I arrived, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The level of service provided exceeded all expectations — every detail was thoughtfully considered, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a flawless stay. The team was incredibly professional, warm, and genuinely invested in making my visit comfortable and memorable. Whether it was helping with dinner reservations, arranging transportation, or offering personalized recommendations for exploring the city, the staff handled every request with efficiency and a smile. It truly felt like they cared about every guest.

The hotel is perfectly placed, everything can be reached under 20 minutes. It is clean and well equipped. Breakfast is also delicious and good portion. But the biggest plus is the staff. Istanbul is a big chaos, but with Mohamed and Cinan it’s much easier, they help with everything instantly.

Avoid The Felicity Hotel – Not Worth Your Money! If you are an international traveler looking for a comfortable stay, do yourself a favor and skip The Felicity Hotel. This place is only suitable for backpackers who just need a single bed to crash on—and even then, it’s questionable. The rooms are small, cramped, and poorly maintained. There is barely enough space to move around, let alone relax after a long journey. If you value a good night's rest, this is not the place for you. The beds are ancient, with worn-out, sagging mattresses that offer zero support. You might as well sleep on the floor—it wouldn’t make much of a difference! This hotel falsely advertises itself as a 3-4-star property, but at best, it deserves 1 star. The pricing is outrageous for what you get. Any international traveler expecting quality accommodations will be bitterly disappointed. The money you intend spending here is NOT worth it. There are far better hotels in Istanbul that actually deliver on their promises. If you care about comfort, cleanliness, and a proper hotel experience, look elsewhere.
