The warmest, most thoughtful hospitality I’ve ever experienced. I’m American and very particular about where I stay. I rarely leave reviews, but the level of service at this hotel genuinely impressed me. We’re based between Miami and New York and have experienced all kinds of hotel service—but the staff here truly nailed it. Everyone was kind, attentive, and always smiling. They’d check in as we passed by, offer helpful suggestions (especially with our baby), and made us feel taken care of without ever being overbearing. From the moment we arrived, they handled our luggage and car, told us to relax, and welcomed us with snacks and drinks while they checked us in—no standing in line, just comfort and ease. It’s about how you feel throughout your stay, and this team made us feel relaxed, cared for, and completely at ease. For someone like me—who values great service and notices the details—they absolutely delivered.

Everything was excellent — from check-in to after check-out, as we were able to enjoy the hotel a little longer. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was amazing — from breakfast and dinner to the bistro snacks. The swimming pool was spotless and kept at the perfect temperature. The spa area, with its massage services, gym, and indoor pool, added to the experience. There were several relaxing spots throughout the hotel, including our own balcony. And the cocktails at the bar? Absolutely perfect! We had to leave just as the seaweed was finally clearing from our amazing beach area — nature’s timing! Still, we left with wonderful memories and would happily return.

From where to start?! This hotel is just like HOME! Everyone is super welcoming and eager to help you with every single thing you might need! I definitely would recommend this hotel to everyone! We were having our honeymoon and after looking for so many options in Mallorca, this was the choice and definitely with no regrets! All staff were amazing specially the front desk where we stop by everyday and ask them where to go and what to do! They were super helpful and informative all the time!!
