We enjoyed a few days here. Pool was loved by the children. Easy walk to the point to see the sunrise and whale watching. Kids club was a hit for the 6 year old. The 11 and 12 year old were happy safely wandering the park in the evening. The adult spa area was very welcoming. We will be back.
Fantastic park. Very clean and well maintained. Perfect for kids. Our 18 month old had the time of her life, especially in the indoor play centre during wet weather. Unfortunately we didn’t get to try out the water park this time, but we’ll definitely be back. Karen in the office is so lovely and helpful.
Location is great. Sites are good with a van delivery service, nice to have cafe onsite…. But… Stayed 4 nights. Came here for the activities it would offer our 2.5 yo. We have been utterly disappointed. The pool and splash park was closed for maintenance and we were told we could not access the indoor play centre even when there was nothing scheduled despite being told on arrival to come to reception to get the key any time. The only time she is able to access the play centre is during kids club (2h a day) which means being on equipment with lots of kids up to 12yo. For the price you pay for the sites you expect better and safer access than this. A very sad upset toddler.
