Tassaray Hotel

First, the rooms were dirty and very outdated. Staff that worked there were not helpful. The dinner and breakfast we had at the hotel were terrible with terrible service. Found dead cockroaches in the bed in our first room. Told the front desk receptionist who did not seem to care what so ever. Finally with help from our tour guide, we got a new room. Only to find bugs in our second room. After some time they switched us to another room which was very dirty and the air conditioning didn’t work properly making it hotter inside than outside. Would not recommend staying here.

The hotel doesn’t deserve a single star - it’s an absolute nightmare: no service at all, extremely dirty, the restaurant is barely two-star. The room also es shower cabin and the bath are filthy holes; you can’t even touch anything because everything is greasy, stained, and hasn’t been cleaned in ages. Here are a couple of photos:

Stayed here for just 1 night and it was the worst overnight stay I’ve had. Changed rooms 3 times, first 2 times were because we found roaches in the bed, and the final time they changed our room they gave us one without functioning air conditioning in 30+ degree weather.
