We booked the resort in the last minute of our trip and were not sure about the facilities we might get. But we were amazed with the hospitality,food and comfort they offered us during our 2 nights stay. The cottage room we booked provided us with immense comfort and luxury. 1. Design: the entire resort and the cottage we stayed in were beautifully designed with a great balance of asthetic and usefulness. There were ample space in the room ,with separate area of keeping luggage and hanging clothes. Dressing area and bedroom area both were comfortable and yet serene. 2.Food: the restaurant staff provided us not just the yummy delicious food but they were always eager to serve with a smile. Special mention to me.Indrajeet who made sure that we were enjoying our food to the utmost. 3. Housekeeping: Hygeine and clienliness was at its finest. There was not a speck of dust even in the books and crany of the room . people there were very polite and always made sure that our stay there is comfortable. Offering us with an extra bedding, making sure that our bonfire is properly lit and burningand many small big gestures truly won our hearts. 4. Reception: Mr Kapil at the front desk was very helpful & hospitable from the moment we booked the rooms. from sending us the location he even guided us on the phone while we were reaching there. He made sure that our stay ,food,safari all make us memories for life. All in all there entire place made us enjoy and relax both with good vibes, people and food. We are definitely returning again and referring Tathastu to all our friends.
Wonderful setup, like the name suggests the place is Serene, Calm and Relaxing. Excellent rooms, service and amenities.
Extremely disappointing stay. The resort looks decent online but the reality is far from it. The worst part was the staff—rude, unprofessional, and completely uninterested in helping guests. We were spoken to in a dismissive tone when we raised genuine concerns. Overall, a complete letdown. Would not recommend this resort to anyone.
