Very convenient location — a 10-minute drive from Tatranská Lomnica. There’s a shop nearby, and the balcony offers a mountain view 😍 The room is clean and tidy, with everything you need. Parking is available within the property. During the day, outdoor water attractions are also available for a small fee. Breakfast is tasty and varied. The staff are friendly. I would definitely choose this place for several nights as well! ---The water attractions were open until 6:00 PM, but we returned from our hike later, so our child didn’t get to use them… but that’s a minor detail.
No blinders on windows. Not comfortable mattress. The mattress in sofa bed was terribly dirty. Just one giant pillow. Basic breakfast with no soft cheese and no option to make a’la card order like omelet or ham and eggs, only filtered coffee and juice was just colored sweet water.
Terrible hotel, not honest. Our two families booked two rooms on Aug 4 by hotels.com. When arriving the hotel, the reception told us unable to find our bookings. We spent long time to talk with hotels.com and the hotel. Finally the hotel charged us higher fee 82 Euro each room. The room all very old, dirty, unable to open the balcony door, no shampoo for shower. The hotel posted a fake picture a large pool before their building at hotels.com but we not see the pool, coffee and tea in common area, but nothing.
