Taubers Bio Vitalhotel

The setting is incredible. Beautiful views throughout from the hotel. The rooms are well maintained, clean, comfortable and welcoming with lovely wood decor. The spa area is amazing with 2 different saunas, steam room, outside sauna with view, infinity pool and a vast choice of beautiful areas in which to relax. The beauty area offers a long list of tempting treatments that make any stay a delight. The food is AMAZING here, well beyond my expectations: beautifully prepared with a good choice of wines to accompany your meal. Buffet breakfast makes it very hard to choose. Dining room staff is lovely as at reception, which is super accommodating. This family-run hotel is the perfect place to stay for a mountain holiday where respect for nature and ecology is di rigore. Highly recommend!

Beautiful hotel, fantastic food (both breakfast and dinner), excellent wines. The room in the new building (wood) was beautiful, great shower, different pillows to choose from. The staff is really nice and helpful. WiFi is only available in the lobby area, so if you need to work in between, keep this in mind.

We stayed at Taubers for 6 nights in July 2024. We had a pleasant stay. If the hotel was in a different location, away from a busy main road, we would definitely return! The staff were friendly and attentive. Check-in was quick and easy. The food from breakfast and dinner was great! The lunch option (summer) could be improved. We were offered salad options, bread and leftovers from the evening before, if any. We felt that the hotel could have opened up the coffee machine area for lunch and offered a small sweet option too. Drinking water is only offered for free during breakfast and lunch. This comes straight from the tap and is unfiltered. You can order the same unfiltered tap water at lunch and dinner for 2,50€ for 1L, 3,50€ for filtered tap water which we ordered and 5€ for what I believe was bottled water. An offer of free filtered tap water would have been appreciated. There's not anywhere super closeby to buy water, so I suggest bringing enough bottles with you for during the day. We were not aware that the hotel was kid-friendly, however this did not bother us too much, the children there were well behaved. The Nature-pond was lovely, however a little overgrown with limited space to swim. The Panorama sauna is nice. All-in-all, a pleasant stay which we would recommend :)
