Hospitality at its finest. All staff are genuinely kind and caring. I would highly recommend this place. The restaurant was simply fantastic; We (family of four) had full menu's and the options were great, including meat, fish and vegetarian options. The food was not only looking good, but also very tasty. And let me add: the waiter was the best.

Our stay at Hotel Taubers Unterwirt was absolutely incredible and deeply rejuvenating. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality of the hotel team made us feel truly welcome. Thoughtful gestures—like the beautiful birthday decorations and the warm greetings at every meal—really stood out. We’re especially grateful to the team who kindly helped us speak to our car rental company in Italian when we had a flat tire. Mr. Tauber himself also checked in with us to ensure everything was resolved, which we greatly appreciated. The food was a real highlight—each dish was crafted with such care and love. The daily five-course dinners were consistently stunning and memorable. Our junior suite was lovely, with cozy and tasteful décor. One small suggestion: it would be helpful to include a few additional amenities such as cotton pads, hair conditioner, and body lotion, especially considering the dry mountain climate in the Dolomites. That said, the bed was very comfortable, the room was quiet, and the views were simply breathtaking. A minor point for improvement would be the check-in experience—we had to wait quite a long time even after our details were taken. It wasn’t a major issue, but some clearer communication or promptness would help make the arrival process smoother, especially as we noticed another family checking in at the same time also growing impatient. Despite these small areas for improvement, this was a clear 5 out of 5 experience for us. We will definitely return and are excited to support the hotel again, especially as they continue to welcome feedback ahead of their upcoming renovations.

A wonderful stay in family-style accommodation close to natural beauty. Beautiful wellness facilities, especially the sauna world. The food was excellent, even 5 stars are not enough. The staff was very pleasant, and even the maid wished us a safe journey home. :) We will definitely be back!
