The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Grand entrance with big trees along the road was impressive. The area is huge! It gives serene and peace when staying, lots of greens, big lakes and ponds. The team was amazing. Room was spacious with amazing view.

A quality time in serene atmosphere. The scenery was mesmerising and exotic, even as Thai voyager, w have a good time. Some facilities might be old due to ages but we don’t mind, it’s clean and hygiene. There was a lake view close to the pools, the view their was very nice and healing. My ratings: Good staffs & service Good breakfast Good view Good parkings Good sport clubs that are very interesting to join.

The rooms are large and have a very good view with ample space. However the only con being that the room we got had a bathtub and the water was either smoking hot or absolutely good, so much so that we decided to shower with cold water. Service is good but non existent in places. Especially in places like the pool where the person in charge of drinks had no idea of the cost or how we could order mocktails etc. The pool can also be completely packed due to their fitness programs. Also their coffee is horrendous. The benefit here being the location and the isolation of the property which makes you feel like a retreat, there is a lot of greenery and the air feels nice. We would love to come back if the focus on food and service improves.
