Clean, comfortable room, great location! Termini station is five minutes walk, so many nice restaurants in the neighborhood! Very nice and pleasant stay! 5/5
Room adequate to the price We booked a double room with breakfast for 4 days. When we arrived there was no one at the reception which meant we could not get into the room even though we had informed the property in advance what time we would be there. To get into the flat we had to ring various numbers on the intercom and once we managed to get upstairs we waited about 30 minutes for someone to come and give us the keys to the room. As for the room itself it is fine, adequate for the price, air-conditioned with towels in the room. The big downside, however, was that the walls in the property were so thin that we could hear everything at reception and in the room next to us. As for the air-conditioning, we were informed by the owner of the property that there was a 10 euro fine for leaving the air-conditioning on when we left the room, which I think is not fair as we were returning to a very hot room (It was 35 degrees in Rome at the time). As for the breakfasts, on the other hand, I think it is not worth paying extra. Breakfast consists of coffee and a croissant and is served in the restaurant opposite the flat. I think it would be more cost-effective to eat breakfast in town. It is also worth mentioning the neighbourhood in which the flat is located. It is quite close to Rome's main train station, which is quite an unpleasant place, especially at night. Sometimes we were afraid to walk around in the evening. AVOID AT ALL COST . It’s a scam run by scammers they bought good reviews on booking app and google and will not provide a respectable experience . Where can I start the hearing was intentionally shut off in the middle of winter , they will do heavy maintenance on your room while YOU ARE IN IT . Staff is the worst they look like they have been picked up from the street have zero knowledge on customer service .. never seen such a place just book an authentic Italian place don’t get scammed !
