Despite some negative reviews, I can confidently say that this hotel is exceptionally well-maintained, with an incredibly kind and welcoming reception staff. The room we’re staying in is spotless, and I can assure you that I’m quite particular when it comes to cleanliness, especially with the room and bedding. The location is fantastic, with everything within walking distance. Just keep in mind, if you're not paying for a luxury stay, don’t expect a gourmet breakfast—it’s great value for the price.

I stayed at this hotel for six nights. As a four-star hotel, it was not satisfying. The location was good, and the staff’s behavior was acceptable, but the service and in-room facilities were not even at the level of a two-star hotel. The breakfast was acceptable but weaker compared to other hotels I have stayed at in Turkey.The Wi-Fi in the room kept disconnecting, and I had to go to the hallway to reconnect. Twice when they cleaned the room, the sheets were not changed. Overall, for the same price, there are much better hotels near Taxsim and Istiklal.

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel! Taxim Express Hotel is the worst place I’ve ever stayed. There are no facilities—no internet in the rooms, no slippers, and just one shampoo per room. The rooms are dirty, dark, and have no sunlight, with an awful view. The staff are incredibly rude and don’t care about guests at all. I asked to change my room or get basic amenities like water, but they ignored me completely. This is NOT a 4-star hotel—more like 2 stars. I deeply regret booking it and strongly recommend avoiding it, even for one night!
