This review is more for the staff than the hotel itself. Wonderful people with such grace. I made a major mistake in my booking, and even though the booking was non- refundable, they worked with the travel agent to dispute it. When you are nice to people, they are nice to you as well- imagine that! They are responsive and truly apply hospitality to their customer service. I am grateful for their co-operation.

The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful, supportive, and always available to assist when needed. The location of the hotel is fantastic and very convenient. However, the overall condition of the hotel was disappointing. The elevator was extremely small, and the room did not match the images shown online. The room was in poor condition, with broken gypsum panels and stained or poorly maintained paintwork. The bathroom also had issues, as the shower drain was clogged, causing water to accumulate. Additionally, slippers were only provided on our last day. The room was inconveniently located in the middle of a staircase, making it difficult to move luggage in and out. Furthermore, the location was very noisy at night, which made it hard to sleep. In summary, while the location and the staff were excellent, the hotel’s condition left much to be desired.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I honestly don’t understand how it has a rating of 8.4 on Expedia. The elevator is extremely small and can’t hold more than two people at a time – very inconvenient, especially for families with luggage. The air conditioning didn’t work, and we couldn’t sleep well because of the heat. On top of that, the room looked nothing like the photos shown online. It felt misleading – almost like a scam. This place is definitely not suitable for families. The only positive thing I can say is that the staff were very friendly and helpful, but unfortunately that wasn’t enough to make up for the overall poor experience. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, especially for family.
