Taximtown Hotel

I would like to recommend this hotel who wants to sense the soul of Istanbul city. Great staff and perfect communication. Stay and relax till end of your holiday.

The hotel reception staff was friendly and attentive, but the woman working the breakfast area had a negative impact on my stay. She practically threw items off the table and responded to our questions with rude and condescending language. We were leaving the hotel a little early on our last day, but she refused to even let us have a cup of coffee, and she slammed the restaurant door in our faces. Treating guests this way is unacceptable. This behavior alone will make me never choose this hotel again.

This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. While the location is convenient, everything else was a disaster. The room was dirty, outdated, and had a terrible smell. The air conditioning barely worked, and the noise from the street made it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. The worst part? Bed bugs. I woke up with bites all over, and when I brought it up to the staff, they were dismissive and unhelpful. Instead of addressing the issue, they acted like it was no big deal. It’s completely unacceptable for a hotel to have such poor hygiene standards. On top of that, the breakfast was disappointing, and the overall service was rude and indifferent. I highly recommend avoiding this place—there are much better (and cleaner) options in the area. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere
