We stayed in February 2025 and we satisfied with all of the facilities, food, and the services in this hotel. The staffs are very helpful. Our group traveled with elderly and during the heavy snowy day they couldn't do much activity. The hotel gaves us an early check-in and provided the van trip to buy food from the nearby convenience store. We very appreciated that. Definitely will come back!
Pro- great buffet! The steak and japanese sauce! Great variety and good to see tours and crowds very interesting. Got American tour and school ski groups fun to see Pro- great staff service, great onsen! Not small If you come using public transport it is a little far u need to walk 850m but the views are amazing! Tips- if you arrive around 11-1pm in tazawako station, at the station, buy the sightseeing tour to view lake tazawa first round trip. And then ask for free shuttle bus service by resort that can be requested from the information center at station! The free shuttle bus is starting at 3.30, 4.30 and 5.30.
Love everything about this place. The onsen was very nice with all amenities. The breakfast and dinner buffets are superb. Totally recommended.
