So happy with the service of Tbilisi Inn hotel. Very good service with smile specially Susan who is attending everyday morning breakfast. She is so helpful, kind and always love to serve with smile! Food are great and well serve on time! Thank you so much Susan! 😍Thank you also to the guy who attended us in front desk! He is so kind and helpful too! Forgot his name.Well recommended to this hotel! Very accessible to all beautiful spots in Tbilisi! We had a great stay in Georgia very beautiful and historical country! ❤️❤️❤️
The only good thing about this place was the location — it’s close to the airport, which was convenient. Other than that, the stay was disappointing. The room’s AC wasn’t working, and even the bathroom light was out. Breakfast starts at 9 AM, which is quite late, especially for travelers. There wasn’t even a proper coffee or egg option available. Overall, not worth the money — I wouldn’t stay here again.
DONT DO IT! ITS A WASTE OF MONEY! DO NOT BOOK IN THIS HOTEL !! We booked this hotel for 4 days 3 nights. Looking at the website it looks attractive but we got catfished! Staffs are nice but the manager named Dianne is a bit rude! No professionalism! This hotel is not even 4-star to start with. The hotel also doesnt deserve a 1 star in this review. First night was already horrible! The hotel is closed to a restaurant on a rooftop, we were staying on the 3rd floor and from 9pm we couldnt sleep because of the loud music from the restaurant that we could even feel the bass from the walls of our room. We called the reception to let them know and they were aware that it stops at 1am?? We waited until that time to get a decent sleep. The next day we asked to be transferred into another room but they were fully booked and got transferred on the same side of the building. Poor service!! Not even considering the customer’s satisfaction On the third day we woke up early and wanted to use the shower but there’s no hot water! We called the reception and got informed that because of the rainy weather they had to change something and that it will be fixed soon. We waited for 2 hours and 30 mins until it was fixed, but we wanted to just leave the hotel and get a refund for the 1 day we werent able to use. GUESS WHAT? There’s no manager at 8am and the staff from the reception couldnt make a decision. I tried calling the manager (dianne) but keeps on declining my call while replying to my messages!! Very unprofessional! She could’ve negotiated with us. In conclusion, we didnt get a refund plus we had the worst hotel experience! The facilities are old— needs some renovation, staffs need professional attitude, poor service, the room rates should be lowered and should change their hotel category to only 3-star
