The breakfast here is nice and the room where you have breakfast is nice too. The rooms are clean and so are the sheets. There aren't any bugs. The only problem is the shower head and the shower door. The door in the shower itself has two gaps that allow the water to splash the toilet and the floor a lot. I stayed in two rooms in the hotel, one of them didn't even have a door or a curtain, something to block the water from splashing all over the floor. The shower head is stuck to the wall and the flow is pretty strong, but as I said, it splashes out. So it's uncomfortable to wash your body. Besides that, it's a pretty nice hotel. The pool is pretty small but nice and is right next to the sauna.
At first, we were really excited about our booking. However, after our stay, I would not recommend the hotel. The room was very clean, nicely decorated, the staff was friendly at times, and the breakfast was sufficient with a variety of options. The view was also truly beautiful. However, the wellness area was lacking. The pool area was extremely loud due to the ventilation system, the pool was somewhat dirty in places, and there was a plastic bottle and towels left in the sauna. The jacuzzi was not working. Overall, the area was functional, but not ideal. One evening, we wanted to visit the sauna shortly after 6 p.m., but it was out of service without any prior notice. When we asked at the reception about the reason, we were told that we needed to inform them half an hour in advance because the sauna was broken and was heating uncontrollably. I understand this, but there was no personal notice at check-in, no sign, no mention on the website, or a staff member available in the spa area to inform us. One night, we returned to the hotel around 2 a.m., went to bed, and talked for about 15 minutes. Suddenly, there was repeated knocking at our door, and a receptionist along with another hotel guest were standing outside. We were accused of making noise for two hours, which we could refute, as the receptionist herself had seen us when we arrived just half an hour earlier. She seemed completely overwhelmed by the situation. In general, we noticed that most of the staff had poor English skills, were poorly trained, and often appeared disinterested. I think a pleasant stay at this hotel is possible, depending on one’s expectations. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed and are sure there are better options in Tbilisi.
Don't go here!!!. We made a reservation thinking they had a private parking, not the case, and we asked to cancel the reservation, as we needed the private parking. They said "no and we will charge 1 night"!. They don't care about costumers, don't go!
