Tbilisi Philharmonic Hotel by Mercure

This hotel gave me a fantastic experience and a high level pf service. Being located in a nice beautiful location, far from protesters, it is super close to all the main tourist locations. The service level is really nice, Nani, Natia and Tamar are really good in all languages. They helped me with bookings of tours, finding a good restaurant or explaining the city routes. They also replaced all the supplies and towels everyday! Most of all I enjoyed was their professionalism and energy. You can actually notice they enjoy talking to clients and providing help. I would 100% recommend theis hotel, you just move in and enjoy it, not worrying about anything else! Thank you, Nani, Natia and Tamar!

Location wise it's the best, walking distance to good restaurants, pharmacy, market etc. We stayed on two different dates, the first time we did not face any issue but on the second stay, there was a maintenance issue with our bathroom which was solved with the help of our travel trip lead and reception. The stay was good, breakfast was a bit boring, hot milk in a flask was actually cold milk and so on. The only problem was that it felt more than a hostel with the gentleman in his well tailored suit always sitting very comfortably near the lift with a stern look, I kept hunting for my room keys before taking the lift 😁. Overall it was a lovely stay keeping in mind the proximity to all places.

If you’re looking for a hotel with great views and a welcoming atmosphere, Mercure Philharmonic is a solid option—but be prepared for possible challenges at check-in.
