Tbilisi Saburtalo Hotel by Mercure

I stayed at the hotel for a 6 night and must say the service and hospitality were incredible. The room service was excellent—every day the staff came in and cleaned the room thoroughly. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. One of the best parts of my stay was the helpfulness of the staff—no matter what time of day or night, they were always available to assist with any issues. However, I do have one small suggestion: the door to the room felt a bit too heavy. As someone on the smaller side😃, I found it difficult to open. It would be great if this could be adjusted for better accessibility. Overall, a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel!🔥🔥

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The reception staff were extremely polite, helpful, and welcoming — their behavior was truly outstanding. Check-in and check-out were smooth and professional. The food was also excellent, with a good variety and great taste. Overall, everything was well organized and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again!

One of the best hotels in the city! I had an amazing stay — the room was clean, comfortable, and the location was very convenient. Big thanks to David at the front desk.
