Very pleasant Hotel with extremely friendly English speaking staff. Excellent cafe below and along the street towards the Kremlin. Great location. A bit difficult to find because of the small signage. Got to walk up 3 floors. No lift because its a conservation property.
The hotel is situated on the 3rd floor of the building and has no elevator. Breakfast is served in the room with limitation of two items and one coffee, everything additional is charged. Sleeping quality was good, the location is good. The presonnel was helpful but they don't speak english. Wifi is not easily accessible without a local sim.
The hotel is 3 floors up, with no elevator. This is not clear and almost hidden when you book. So really impractical if you have heavy bags or bad knees. Small reception with rooms coming of it, the restaurant is down 3 floors outside and in the next door, not really great if you just want to nip down for breakfast. Clean room friendly staff good location, however there was lots of noise from room above me, a private flat, and there washing machine was really loud. Also small air conditioning units running ALL night outside ALL the windows of the bedrooms, you can hear them ALL night in bed. A generous 2 stars
