This hotel showed that they are really into hospitality and know how to exceed expectations even when things are not going as planned initally. Thanks so much for all your smiles, great services and delicious food. You have made our last vacation days memorable. The location of the hotel is simply perfect, the restaurants are serving great food and always with a smile. The rooms are big and the beds really comfortable. If you need help or have a question, Gustavo (the Duty Manager) is your man. He really goes the extra mile to make you feel at home. Thank you Gustavo for all your help and service! This place was absolutely BEAUTIFUL. It is located within walking distance of stores, restaurants and museums. The rooms were clean, comfy and very well air conditioned, the pool and bar were refreshing and delicious and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we are comfortable and are incredibly attentive from the front desk to the housekeeping. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Cartagena. You will be in great hands with this lovely staff. A huge shout out to Maria and Nellys at the front desk for their lovely service.

We stayed at Nacar for only 2 nights but wow! The service was amazing! We were in town for a wedding and Maria at reception saved the day with getting us the most fabulous hair and make up artists. We loved every minute of the stay, beautiful decor and great rooms. Breakfast was also amazing especially bc kids under 9 eat for free. The location is walking distance to many great restaurants.
