Te Stela Resort

Really enjoyed my visit here! The main dishes were fresh, well-prepared, and very tasty. The staff was attentive and the restaurant itself had a warm, cozy atmosphere. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the fries arrived late, cold, and half-cooked, which was a bit disappointing. Still, the rest of the meal made up for it, and I’ll gladly come back anytime. The spicy pizza was very good and their salmon was good too.

I've traveled to over 20 countries and stayed in many hotels. However, I've never encountered a hotel that couldn't solve so many problems. The final straw was the water shut off the day we stayed, leaving us unable to even shower. The food was fast, but the service was lacking in flavor.

It was a horrible HORRIBLE experience. When we arrived at 22.00, there was no water. We couldn’t use bathroom, take a shower. It was a necessity after a really long day. I cannot believe how a hotel cannot fix that or have a back up plan. Worst experince ever. I will tell all the tour companies, this kind of service is unacceptable. I hope no one experience this, however depending on the last reviews I don’t think so. This is a critical problem and they are not trying to solve it!!
