Our stay here was wonderful. The stuff were hospitable and friendly. The room was clean and tidy and looked very nice. Accessibility was awesome for my mum who has walking disabilities. Highly recommend with affordable pricing. We will definitely return.
Our experience was absolutely amazing! The hospitality was second to none. We were a large group here for a tangi and hura kōhatu, and the aroha we felt is beyond words. The comfort and care from the team helped our kaupapa run smoothly. We even misplaced a special wallet with cash, and the staff went above and beyond — helping us search, then running across the road to return it to us with everything still inside. The Motel itself is a great set up. Catered to our large group very well. Location perfect. Ngā mihi nui to Te Tiriti Motel for such an unforgettable experience. We’ll definitely be back!
Be aware of the reception opening hours if you stay at this motel. Although I arrived an hour before the closing time of the reception (which was as early as 4:30pm by the way), I found the reception empty with no information to get into my room. Despite calling both numbers provided on the front door, I got no answer for more than 2 hours. After finally having the owner call back, I was stunned by the lack of courtesy. I would not recommend this establishment. Better avoid if you can.
