Very friendly and generous service. Even though the hotel doesn't look promising from the outside and isn't fancy, the rooms are spacious and clean, beds are fine and the shower worked well. Prices are excellent for a hotel of this quality and distance to the city center. Recommended.
Helpful staff (they printed out the route to a nearby restaurant, gave us free drinks and food). Also the rooms are clean and a great shower (good water pressure and enough hot water for someone who takes long showers, like myself). And last but not least, it's close to the city centre. Within 10-15 minutes you can walk to the Stephan's Dom. Great!
Good hotel, rooms are big and spacious, the bathroom is clean. It's close to the city center and to the underground. There is also a parking for guests, but It's really... tight. It's a good place to practice manouver skills :) Generally - you have to be careful and use your parking sensors in your car. The reception is on the top floor, the receptionst is kind. There is also free tea and coffee for guests, as well as places to seat and eat. There is a balcony, where you can see a panorama of Vienna. I was there for the New Year's Eve and the view was AMAZING! As overall - I reccommend this place :)
