Had a fantastic stay at the Marriott at Glenpointe! The hotel is spacious, modern, and extremely well located. It's close to Newark Airport (EWR) and very central for getting around the area. The M Club Lounge was a standout. Thanks to my status, I had access to drinks and snacks 24 hours a day, and it was truly one of the better lounges I’ve experienced. Clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. What really impressed me was the amazing staff. When I needed packing tape, they didn’t just suggest where to get it — they brought me a roll quickly and with a smile. I also had some freezer items, and they gladly offered to store them in the restaurant freezer. That level of service really makes a difference. Overall, this is a top Marriott experience. Great location, great amenities, and phenomenal staff. I would absolutely stay again.
My stay at the Marriott was nothing short of excellent. I want to give a special shoutout to Selena and Scarlett—truly the best! I came to them with several different requests, and they helped me with everything. They were kind, patient, and courteous throughout, and everything turned out perfectly thanks to their support. It’s clear they genuinely care about making guests feel welcome and well taken care of. Their dedication and warmth left a lasting impression. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and that every need was met. This was by far the best service I’ve ever received at a hotel. I’ve never encountered staff as kind, polite, and helpful . There wasn’t a single issue during my stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, and looked exactly like they did when I booked online. If you’re looking for a hotel—whether for business, leisure, or vacation—I strongly recommend staying at this Marriott. You won’t be disappointed.
