WOW! A fabulous place to stay in Poiana Brasov! We stayed at the hotel in 5 different rooms. In February 2025, as part of a family and friends ski vacation along with trips to the area. The hotel staff is incredibly helpful and polite. The facilities are excellent, the service is amazing, the rooms are nothing less than amazing! The breakfasts are varied and excellent. Those of us who booked spa services were also satisfied. We highly recommend and will return! I should also mention that the accessibility for the disabled was very good.

Booked months in advance for a family reunion with seven rooms. Stuck with a room in the basement the size of a closet with one small window looking out at a storage trailer. Front desk lady would not accommodate for a three night visit after offering first to please charge me more for a decent room. Cramped dingy room with zero counter space. Hall smells like cleaning fluids. Place looks vacant, lobby area and bar look dead all night. In fact the front desk lady was very unfriendly and basically rude, when asked about a misplaced item there was zero help. Buyer beware.
