Telegraph Hotel Numurkah

As good as it gets. Went with family in a group of 13 and everyone raved about their meals! Moroccan lamb was perfectly cooked and flavors were lovely. Best hot wings I’ve had outside of the southern U.S. Wagyu burger was amazing. Service and the local Murray river Pale Ale was great. Will come back when in town, the locals are lucky. Thanks for a lovely evening and fantastic food!

Stayed one night at this pleasant hotel situated in Numurkah's main street. The room was quite spacious, clean and well equipped. The king bed was comfortable but was a little sagged from the sides, a good excuse to roll closer to your partner. The hotels bistro offers a range of typical pub food and also some Chef's Specials. The dishes we had looked appetizing, tasted fabulous, very generous serves and good prices. Strongly recommended.

My family ate a meal in the bistro on Monday night. The meal was OK, but very disappointed to see the bartender/waitress pick up a dropped lid of a juice bottle from the floor and screw it back on the bottle without washing it! The same person was again seen later setting the tables for the next day. After accidentally dropping an item of clean cutlery on the floor, she immediately picked it up and placed it on the table without taking it to be washed! Sorry, but we won't be back again!
