A lovely, restful stay! The staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. The room was clean and quiet. We loved the sauna and pool as well as the gym. A perfect pit stop for our road trip!
Fantastically warm and efficient welcome at reception when we checked in. All prior room requests answered and actioned accordingly. Aclovely meal with first class, attentive service from Yuen in the restaurant. My two year old grandson has a severe dairy allergy and the team went above and beyond not only to make him welcome but to supply the relevant product information to ensure a safe and happy meal enjoyed by all.
We chose this hotel due to the location and ease of travel. The staff at reception and in the bar were great, really helpful and friendly. We felt welcomed. The room was good with a comfortable bed but the Perspex headboard rattled every time someone along the corridor closed a door, as did the windows, which made the evening a little noisy. Lovely bathroom, very clean.
