The room had a few issues, broken shade, jacuzzi wasn't working, but we had Alex the butler who was on it right away! He also took great care of our group of 12! Made reservations, booked activities, and went over and beyond!! Best service ever! Thanks Alex!
I have been to this location several times already. I was just there a couple of weeks ago in early August 2025 and had a great time. Alex, our butler was exceptional. By far the best one I’ve had. Thank you, Alex!
Had the BEST time at the resort. This place truly is like none other. Such a fun, sexy vibe with zero judgment. The Playmakers are AMAZING bringing all the fun energy to the party. Caliente, Niko, Diego, Cowboy, Pao, Arrita, Andrea, JJ, Baby Mango, Sam, and of course Chocolate - you all ROCK! The entire staff is super friendly from David at the breakfast buffet always smiling and remembering my name to Daniel the security guy who is always making sure we’re having safe fun. Alex the butler did an amazing job with our reservations for She and Hibachi. I would definitely recommend this place. Trust me, once you go once… you’ll be back.
