The service from everyone at this resort was top tier. Most importantly I dealt with concierge Mon my entire trip. She help book all the services I needed in advance. Everything that I requested she made happen. Her service was amazing. Without a doubt I will request her again on my next visit. The food was good. Alcohol selection was good. Entertainment was good.

His warm smile, attentive service, and genuine hospitality elevated our entire dining experience. He was always quick to make sure our table was clean, our drinks were full, and that we had everything we needed—often anticipating our requests before we even asked. What stood out most was his friendly personality and professionalism. Julian went above and beyond to make sure every visit to the buffet was not just a meal, but an experience. You can tell he truly cares about guests and takes pride in his work. If you visit Temptation Resort, I highly recommend looking for Julian—you’ll be treated to exceptional service that will make your stay even more memorable.

What an incredible experience! My friends and I had the pleasure of dining at Sea Flirt in Cancun, and it was truly unforgettable. We were lucky enough to be taken care of by the dynamic trio of Damaris, Jorge, and Israel (Runso). Their service was beyond exceptional. They paid such close attention to detail that they memorized our daily breakfast order—French toast, eggs, guacamole, hash browns, omelets, mimosas, and green juice—after just one visit! It wasn't just about the food, though. They were incredibly hospitable, caring, and funny, making every meal a highlight of our trip. They went above and beyond, not only serving us but also engaging in a wonderful cultural exchange. They were eager to practice their English, and we were just as excited to learn new Spanish phrases. This made our experience even more special and personal. If you're in Cancun, you absolutely have to eat at Sea Flirt and ask for Damaris, Jorge, and Israel.
