Ten Apart Hotel

Ten Apart Hotel is outstanding. The complex consists out of two buildings with apartments with the pool in the middle. There is a small restaurant, where they offer an okay breakfast for 5€. The breakfast is simple, but delicious. And honestly great value for what you pay. There is also a small bar area besides the pool where you can get some drinks during the day for a fair price. The entire complex, buildings and the pool, is beautiful. There is lots of vegetation and vibrant flowers. The pool is large and clean. Shallow end is 1.5m deep, while the deep end is 2m. There is more than enough sun-beds and seating area around the pool. The apartment itself is great too. It’s spacious, it has two terraces. All the amenities that you would need are provided. Everything is very clean and orderly. You can get beach/pool towels from reception free to use, with a deposit of 2€, which is great. There is also bike rental at the reception. The staff of Ten Apart Hotel is polite, friendly and helpful. They speak English well. And they are always around to help. In front of the building there are a few parking spots. But there is also a lot of free street parking all around, so parking is not a problem. The location of the apart hotel is good. It’s in a quiet neighbourhood, 10 min walk away from the beach, and 10 min drive to the city centre. A local grocery store is also 5 min walk away. Overall, I highly recommend Ten Apart Hotel for you stay in Fethiye.

We are very pleased to stay here. It is very clean and very beautiful. Staff here is very polite and friendly. Lovely clean pool outside. We had a chance to have breakfast as well and they cater to our needs and that is so nice of them specially Yaseen who served us breakfast every morning.Definitely coming back.

Pros: Impeccably clean room : Housekeeping did an excellent job. Exceptional staff : Professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Cons: Outdated furniture : Some pieces were worn and in need of renewal. Noisy appliances: The fridge and air conditioner were quite loud, disturbing sleep at times. Overpriced : Not the best value for money at the current rate. Location: Great spot : Just a short walk to Çalış Beach and the bus station (5 mins away), making it convenient for getting around. Conclusion : We’d recommend this place, but only if the price is under $50/nigh, anything more feels too steep for what’s offered.
