🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Absolutely Loved Our Stay! Our stay at Dollywood’s HeartSong Lodge & Resort was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, it was clear this place was something special. The location is perfect—just minutes from town and Dollywood, but still peaceful and scenic. Our room was beautiful, spotless, and felt so luxurious. Every detail was thoughtfully done. What really stood out was the staff—every single person we met was kind, helpful, and welcoming. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and enjoyable. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Beautiful hotel!! As a family of 5 I think staying at the HeartSong was well worth it!! We stayed 2 nights and went to Dollywood one entire day. The included park tickets, fast passes, trolley transportation to and from the park were a huge value and advantage to staying anywhere else. The hotel itself is immaculate. The pool and hot tub are A+. We booked the restaurant for breakfast on our last morning before departing for Nashville and our server Ariel was amazing and the buffet was all you could ask for! Areas for improvement: Service at the pool - while the waitresses were friendly, service was extremely slow even when there weren’t a lot of people. No sense of urgency and constantly walked by and ignored us. It must be a training issue because they didn’t know how to multi-task and kept servicing one guest at a time. Make sure you bring your ID!! Even though you have to scan you room card to enter the pool area, they will not serve you alcohol without an ID. Ours were back in our hotel room with my elderly mother and even thought we are clearly in our 40’s and had our 2 teenaged kids with us Cafe quality and service - we ordered breakfast sandwiches before hitting Dollywood for the day. ALL of our sandwiches were cold in the middle after waiting a very long time for our food. They only had one girl “cooking” everything and when I approached her to help us out, she directed me to the microwave on the floor we were staying. Poor customer service.

The resort is very nice and clean, the pool was fun for our child and they have a splash pad but it's very small. The hot tub is only for people 16 years and older so you could only have one parent go in at a time so that was annoying. Our room was TINY and there was barely space to move around. The mini fridge was very small and couldn't really put anything in it but a few cans of pop and a few waters at most. The only window in the room was blocked by a sofa so you had to climb onto the sofa to look out the window. Also you cannot see the drone show from the resort as they told me you have to go to the park. The trolley system to the parks was so convenient and you never wait long for the next one. The drivers are also kind, funny, and helpful. I do admit the front desk was friendly and helpful as well. I just wish the room was better and more spacious for the price tag. We probably will stay off the resort if we visit again because the price wasn't worth it to us.
